5 Day Ocean Rowing Course
5 Day Training Programme- Mandatory RYA courses for Ocean Rowers.
Each morning will begin at 9am and the day will finish by 4pm.
You will need to bring with you the course books which will be provided on the first day of your course (if you want them in advance, please email us to arrange postage)
At the successful completion of the five day course you will be awarded:
• RYA First Aid Certificate (One day)
• RYA Sea Survival (One day)
• VHF SRC Marine Radio Operator’s Certificate. (SRC) (one day)
• RYA Essential Navigation (NAV) (two days)

Ocean Rowing Coaching
Dawn is one of the worlds expert Ocean Rowing coaches with many years experience in the world of Ocean rowing. As a qualified British Rowing Coach, capsize recovery instructor and many other British rowing endorsements Dawn is the perfect choice as your coach,
Below gives you the outline of the basics that our coaching sessions can include, these are run over a timescale bespoke to your needs so please do contact us for prices.
As a guide our on water own boat rowing coaching is £35 per hour Minimum 3 hours.

Based on one person, each additional person £10per person per hour up to four people (or limit of the vessel build)
NB: this is for coaching in Burnham, travel and accommodation will be charged for coaching away from this location. There will also be an additional charge for training on our or hired boats.
