Course joining instructions

This is a one day initial ocean rowing coaching session. The day is aimed at people who have just got their boat and want help with initial set up and on water skills and drills training. The first half of the day will be on the dockside looking at the boat inside and out, after lunch we will go afloat and cover drills such as anchor, Para anchor, man over board and emergency drills. Let us know if you have any specific training needs. You will be responsible for getting the boat into the water ready for the start of the session at 9am, and out of the water after training. If you need help and advice with this get in touch in advance. Further days coaching can be booked if required.
